If you are a health insurance agent in Florida or thinking about becoming one, Lopcha offers a partner model that goes beyond the typical producer contract. It's not just access to carriers — it's a complete platform with proprietary technology, operational support, and a community of agents growing together.

In this article we explain exactly what you get as a Lopcha Partner, what is required to join, and why our model is different in the market.

What is a Lopcha Partner Agent?

A Lopcha Partner is an independent agent or agency that works under Lopcha's insurance coverage and contracts, accessing competitive overrides, Ensuro AI technology, and operational support, while maintaining their independence and brand.

In markets where many clients have complex situations (dual Medicaid, variable income, immigration status), Ensuro AI makes a real difference in the agent's ability to better serve their clients.

Who Can Be a Lopcha Partner?

We accept two types of partners:

Individual Agent

If you are an agent with a health insurance license in Florida (or in the process of obtaining one), you can join as an individual agent. You will receive access to Ensuro AI, contracting support, and overrides on your own production.

Agency / Sub-FMO

If you have or plan to have your own agency with sub-agents, the Partner model gives you overrides on your entire team's production, recruitment support, and the infrastructure to scale without increasing your operating costs.

Florida has over 2 million Hispanics, many of them eligible for Medicare, ACA, or Medicaid. Most prefer an advisor who speaks Spanish and understands their situation. That's where the opportunity lies.
